Télétravail possible Nous recherchons un Senior Game Designer F/H pour rejoindre l'équipe combat de l'un des projets d’un studieux très prestigieux à Paris. . • Dans le respect de l'ADN du jeu et des restrictions définis en amont par le Game Director et le Lead Design, vous assistez ce dernier dans le développement de l'expérience combat du jeu. • Vous proposez également des solutions afin d'améliorer le gameplay. • Vous rédigez et tenez à jour une documentation claire, technique et concise pour toutes les mécaniques de combat, ainsi que son balancing. • Vous intégrez, réglez, itérez et débuguez vous-même toutes les variables et animations des features combat.

Job Requirements :

• Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en Game Design et vous êtes crédité.e d'au moins un jeu d'action/combat sorti sur console/PC. • Vous avez un fort intérêt pour les jeux d'action et/ou pour les systèmes action RPG et êtes expert.e en la matière. • Idéalement, vous connaissez Unreal Engine 4. • Doté.e d'un excellent relationnel, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et l'interaction avec les membres des autres corps de métiers. • Votre autonomie, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme sont autant d'atouts pour ce poste.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR F/H

Job Description :

Dans le cadre du développement de l'un de ses nouveaux projets, nous recherchons pour un prestigieux studio parisien un.e Artistic Director F/H. Au sein de la Core Team, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Game Director dans la définition de la vision artistique du jeu. Quelles seront vos missions ? • Garant.e de l'ADN graphique pensée en amont, vous interagissez quotidiennement avec les différents directeurs métier du studio, spécialistes 2D et 3D (character, environment, props, VFX, lighting, UI/UX). • Vous vous appuyez sur vos connaissances techniques et sur l'expertise de ces directeurs pour déterminer ensemble la transposabilité artistique des éléments 2D au regard des contraintes techniques 3D. • En tant qu'Artistic Director du projet, vous supervisez la future équipe de concept artists et transmettez à l'ensemble des équipes graphiques (2D comme 3D) les attentes artistiques du projet. • En contact avec les différents Leads de ces pôles, vous vous assurez de la bonne compréhension des consignes. • Vous effectuez les feedbacks nécessaires et proposez les solutions adéquates de façon à garantir l'homogénéité et la qualité des rendus visuels. • Vous vous assurez du respect des délais de production et générez une véritable impulsion au sein des équipes.

Job Requirements :

• Justifiant d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur du jeu vidéo, vous avez déjà travaillé sur une production, dans son intégralité (conception, pré-production, production). • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les principes fondamentaux artistiques, incluant la composition et la théorie des couleurs, ainsi que l'outil Photoshop. • Les différentes techniques 3D/shaders et l'utilisation d'outils de modélisation 3D (type Maya, 3DS Max) vous sont familières. Vous avez déjà utilisé un moteur de jeu tel qu'Unreal Engine. A défaut, vous avez l'habitude de vous entourer des expert.e.s en 3D. • Manager du fait de vos précédentes expériences ou désireux.se de le devenir, vous avez à coeur de transmettre votre savoir et de garantir un bon cadre de travail à votre équipe. • Pédagogue et diplomate, vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et d'adaptabilité envers vos interlocuteurs.rices. We now have an opportunity for a Producer to join our new team, working on an exciting AAA console product based on a globally-recognised IP for a major publisher.       The producer will have responsibility for the game’s production; ensuring the project delivers quality, on time and on budget. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a passion for quality and a knowledge of video games. Reporting to the Lead Producer, you will be charged with planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring these areas and facilitating regular meetings and inter-team communication. This position is based in England at Leamington Spa The  Producer  will:
  • Assist the team in the development of a high-quality product, on time and to budget.
  • Development and on-going monitoring of the organization, execution and control of project activities within one or more sub-areas of development.
  • Prepare and monitor development schedules and see them through their successful conclusion.

Job Requirements :

A minimum of one years’ high-level project and team management/coordination experience and experience of managing or coordinating F2P mobile projects. Strong technical skills, including a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, essential for planning and tracking and the ability to understand technology issues. Flexibility and adaptability; assertiveness and persuasiveness; Proven organisational skills; effective in written, verbal and aural communication; and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ability to anticipate problem areas and initiate appropriate and decisive corrective action/s. Able to balance technical solutions with time, cost and human factors; and to devote the necessary time to planning, directing and controlling team activities. Good understanding of human behaviour; the ability to maintain a proper balance between organisational and human elements. Able to work independently on routine tasks with little supervision. An enthusiastic gamer and good knowledge of multi-platform video games and the entertainment software industry. We are currently recruiting a Head of Publishing. Main Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of game studios, sign developers/publishers into The Sandbox's Game Makers Fund by advocating the benefits of building games with our decentralized virtual world and co-marketing collaboration with The Sandbox • Report on individual studio adoption, issues, and success with The Sandbox platform • Manage contracts, track achievements, and potential revenue recognition reporting. • Follow on the production process, ensuring the highest quality of delivery • Review and define the guidelines for the Game Makers Fund • Gather/enter, maintain, digest and analyze data which tracks game content • Serve as the voice of the game studio to help streamline The Sandbox new features, offerings and enable studios to deliver on their creative intent with no compromises, creating and monetizing games and NFTs on the platform

Job Requirements :

You will work under COO and interface with other key internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to sell our technology and assets.
